Carl Clarke secures a second site for his “fun and buzzy” Dalston fried chicken specialist Chick ‘n’ Sours; the new Seven Dials venue opens mid-September serving fried chicken alongside the restaurant's trademark sour cocktails - an “excellent combo”, so say our reporters.
