Harden's says
On the space that was Dosa by Akira Back – this 12 seater chef's table experience has parted company with the aforementioned chef, but retains the Michelin star he garnered during his time here. A statement for the hotel read: "Somssi by Jihun Kim (formally Dosa by Akira Back) will continue to operate with the same culinary philosophy… under a refreshed name and menu led by Chef Jihun Kim and his talented team".
