Harden's survey result
Summary
“Outstanding fast-casual vegan food” has won instant acclaim for star Gallic chef and vegan pioneer, Alexis Gauthier’s latest venture – a “super-friendly” vegan cafeteria that’s part of Fenwick in Mayfair – which opened in April 2021, first on their pavement terrace, and then also in the basement. It serves simple staples (salads, burgers) alongside a slightly more ambitious prix-fixe menu and sushi from a dedicated counter: “although it’s entirely vegan, frankly, you would not realise it: the flavours he gets from vegetables are amazing!”
For 31 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
