Max de Nahlik, chef-owner of The Holland, in Kensington, acquired this his second site in spring 2026. After years as part of the (now defunct) Oak group, the menu will keep its pizza selection alongside Italian-Mediterranean plates, such as cod's roe with toasted focaccia, and a variety of pizzas. James McLean, who is behind The Oarsman in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, is also acting as a mentor to the project.
