“Intriguing twists on the kebab theme” (plus “good beer brewed on site” at the Kraft Dalston branch) continue to win consistently good ratings for this expanding chain, which in September 2022 adds a 20-seater in Brixton to its roster of locations. See also Kebab Queen.

For 32 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"Terrible personal experience - we booked the restaurant in advance specifying which restaurant we wanted to book (kingly court)- all re-confirmed on the day - head office has simply booked us in the wrong branch. It only got worse after that. Our pre-ordered menu was not available and we ate a la carte which would be fine if it didn't take them an hour after ordering to bring it out piecemeal over the course of 20 mins. Customers that arrived after us (we were the first group) were getting their food ahead of ours and when we wondered where some of the dishes were they told us everything has been brought out - never got to eat a main course as it disappeared the beef was so "rare breed" that clearly they couldn't find any to send out. Total utter service shambles not helped by only one chef and two floor staff managing a full restaurant. cant say I'd ever want to go back ever again"
