Tel Aviv, Paris, NYC… and now London – Soho (in July 2022) is the latest location for this eight-strong international chain, whose owner, Eyal Shani, is aiming for 150 locations once all is said and done. It’s all about the filled pitas, with each branch’s menu tailored to the locality. Soho’s features an ‘English Breakfast’ option, alongside lots of fish and vegetarian possibilities.
