“Simply mouthwatering plates” of “succulent and well-seasoned chops” reward a trip to these “fun” haunts, which in September 2018 added a Shoreditch branch to initial ventures in Soho and the City. It’s a case of “simple food but done extremely well” and “if you like meat, this is a good place to share lots of it with friends, and at a very good price too”. “OK, so I was sceptical: yet another beards and tatts place, I thought – but the quality is such that I (and my meat-loving wife) discuss little else but when to go next!”
“The best chops in London”, draw devotees to this “simple but winning” two-year-old in a bare-brick Soho basement that sells very little else. “Meat overload (in a good way)” – “smokey grilled chops, chips and wine: what’s not to like?” The no-reservations policy is “a hassle, but they send you a text to come back from the pub when they’re ready”.
“Chops, chops and more chops” is the promise at this “buzzy”, new “industrial-style” Soho basement; it certainly does “exactly what it says on the tin”, and “it’s hard to go wrong with large piles of meat at a decent price”.

"Love this restaurant - some o the best steak in London. I always opt for the big cuts which are impressive. on a recent visit 3 of us shared a rib steak on the bone and sirloin on the bone. both were delicious - well seasoned and perfectly cooked. There are interesting wines to be had at decent prices and service is proficient and friendly. A good place always for top quality steak and a fun dinner"
