Clapham-star Trinity’s younger sibling gains solid ratings for bringing affordable British bistro fare to the smart ‘Abbeville Village’ enclave. One or two diners “expect slightly better” from a patron of Adam Byatt’s calibre though – “adequate but didn’t quite hit the spot”.
Adam Byatt’s “nice local” in Abbeville Road doesn’t aim for the culinary fireworks of its stablemate Trinity, but generally delivers enjoyable modern bistro cuisine in a “relaxed” setting. There are a few reporters this year, however, who are “hoping for a return to form” saying that of late it “didn’t deliver” as hoped – perhaps a blip. Top Tip: “kids-eat-free Sunday Supper Club”.
Adam Byatt’s “friendly”, bistro spin-off from Trinity in Clapham is a “neighbourhood winner”, and even if not as accomplished as its sibling provides “plenty of choice” and scores “mostly hits” on the food front. Top Tip – “Sunday supper club with the children – they eat free and you can take your own wine with no corkage -£26 for set 3 courses”.
Adam Byatt’s bistro spinoff from Trinity in Clapham is a “relaxed place for good British food” – “terrific value, great for the kids, excellent food and friendly staff”. Top Tip – “Their Sunday Supper offering is a huge winner”, BYO and kids eat free.
