Summary
“Superb steak from the Josper grill, a brilliant wine list and a gorgeous, secluded terrace” make this successor to Shoreditch’s Jones Family Project – part of the stylish-looking Eccleston Yards courtyard development – “an oasis of calm, and a great place for a meal out, in bustling Victoria”.
Summary
“The best beef in the area (Belgravia/Pimlico)... nuff said” – this “shiny”, year-old sibling to Shoreditch’s Jones Family Project is part of the “beautiful” Eccleston Yards courtyard development: “a fantastic addition to SW1” that doesn’t feel at all like somewhere around the corner from Victoria Coach Station. As well as steak, it features a fairly broad selection of modern British brasserie fare (including plenty of fish), much of it from the Josper charcoal oven; plus a decent list of cocktails and wine. Top Tip – for coeliacs there’s a dedicated gluten-free menu.

This June 2018 opening near Victoria Coach Station, from the folks behind the Jones Family Project in Shoreditch, majors in steaks, with meat sourced from The Ginger Pig. Early reports suggest it’s a useful newcomer in a still-underprovided area.
For 31 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

The Jones Family Kitchen Restaurant Diner Reviews

"A midweek lunch outing. An adventure to find a restaurant offering "a good steak". We were not disappointed, the reviews were spot on. A sllghtly pink 'medium' cook, no problem chewing their offering. We didn't want too much meat on the plate, 200gms each would have been adequate for us. Settled on the 250gm fillet. A bit too much for my guest... however the well behave nine year old terrier at a table near buy soon gobbled up the leftovers (With the 'that's fine' from the management and it's owners !!) All washed down with a bottle of New Zealand Pinot Noir. The accompanying vegetables were good too. The restaurant is located in a quite, spacious court yard near Victoria Station. We will return."
