On the site near Sloane Square that was, for ages, Como Lario (RIP), this all-day neighbourhood haunt opened in early 2020. It launched with an Aussie spin, but Anglo’s Mark Jarvis fook over as chef-director later in the year and took the versatile menu – with a good breakfast and brunch selection – in a modern British direction.

On the site near Sloane Square that was very briefly Liv (RIP) – and for aeons previously Como Lario (long RIP) – this site is to be relaunched in October 2021 by Anglo chef Mark Jarvis, who took over as chef-director at Liv in late 2020. Now it looks like it’s going to be his show, which – on his past record – should be good news.
