Harden's says

A major new hotel for London sees the historic Old War Office being taken over by the Hinduja Group, including a Raffles hotel, no less, and with famed French chef Mauro Colagreco of Mirazur taking three of the nine dining spaces, we'll have plenty of choice about where to eat. This is his flagship, described on the website as an "elevated dining restaurant [that] showcases hyper-local, hyper-seasonal ingredients for a culinary experience of discovery". Opened September 2023 after a six-year, multi-million pound refurbishment.

Summary

A past winner of the World’s 50-best – chef Mauro Colagreco of Mirazur is to run three of the dining spaces at this new Raffles hotel in Whitehall’s former Old War Office building. As well as his flagship dining room – which is to showcase ‘hyper-local, hyper-seasonal ingredients for a culinary experience of discovery’, there will be Mauro’s Table (a private room with space for 10); and ‘Saison’, a brasserie in a fine high-ceilinged room.

For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
