Harden's survey result
“A lovely and cosy, family-run Italian”, “handily placed near Waterloo”, which “has been a feature of the area for years” (well over 30). It’s always been “quite expensive”, but for traditional trattoria fare it’s a “go-to” for some diners, including as a business lunch spot.
An “unassuming-looking” age-old trattoria near Waterloo station capable of some “quality, traditional Italian” cooking; even fans advise care when ordering however – “order a pasta and a glass of decent vino and you can escape with a modest bill”, otherwise it can be “ridiculously expensive”.
