“Off the beaten track” in Finsbury Park, this “great-value” little spot, named for its seasonal approach to cooking, is one of the best options in these parts: from a short and very to-the-point menu, results are uniformly well rated.
“Superlative seasonal veg” but also “great steaks” top the bill at this Finsbury Park fixture. There’s a “small, changing menu” of “interesting dishes”, many of which you can order in either ‘starter’ or ‘main-course’ size, and “you just know they have a passion for fine cooking”.

Fabulous-for-Finsbury Park local with an “uncompromising short menu” of seasonal specials: critics may find the choice “limited”, but on most accounts it’s “all the better for it” given the “interesting” cooking.
