Owner's description

Obicà Mozzarella Bar is a group of casual and contemporary Italian restaurants.

With its friendly welcoming atmosphere, Obicà offers a genuine Italian dining experience centered on the freshest Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP paired with other authentic products from Italy’s rich regional heritage.

The philosophy of Obicà is summed up in the concept of Food to share, the pleasure of sharing good food with family and friends.

At Obicà the focus is on fresh and high-quality ingredients, that you can discover and taste in pasta dishes and pizza, salads, panini and desserts. All ingredients come from carefully selected suppliers, to offer you the best of Italian food culture.

The Obicà experience is completed by a selection of Italian wine labels and original cocktails, made with the best spirits.

Started in Italy in 2004, today Obicà has restaurants in international gateway cities such as Rome, Milan, Florence, London, New York and Tokyo where it continues to delight fans of fine Italian food wherever it opens.

* Based on a three course dinner, half a bottle of wine, coffee, cover charge, service and VAT.

This international chain has three London representatives – in Soho, the City and Canary Wharf – and focuses on light Italian dishes (pizza, pasta and salads) showcasing the eponymous cheese from Campania alongside other Italian produce; plus a range of cocktails and wines. A good spot “for post-work drinks and nibbles”.

For 32 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
