The name of chef-patron Jackson Boxer will help inspire interest in this May 2026 newcomer in Exmouth Market given his well-known stable of successes (Brunswick House in Vauxhall founded with his brother Frank, and Dove in Notting Hill, as well as various other side-hustles). Designer Jermaine Gallacher has converted a double-fronted corner site as a 70-cover space with bar and candlelit dining room beyond (plus a terrace). Picking three dishes at random from the menu: croquette 'arnold bennett', tarragon mayonnaise; glazed lamb shoulder, merguez, devilled kidney, burnt aubergine; peach, pistachio, cardamom.
