This new 'pub' in Spitalfields Market has no fewer than 10 wines on tap (and just a couple of beers), with a focus on organic and biodynamic European vintages, including orange and pet nat. Its restaurant is scheduled to follow in February, with dishes cooked on a lava stone robata grill.
