“Amazing oyster specialities” – Jersey rocks (of course!) served cold with shallot vinegar, grilled with chorizo butter, poached with champagne butter sauce or ‘Kinney-Herbert’ with bacon, tomato, Worcestershire sauce and gruyère cheese – top the gastronomic bill at this “stylish and modern” venue set on St Brelade’s Bay. It started out as a pottery gallery with café in the post-war years and has been owned by three generations of the same family since 1954.
