The chef

Andrew Scott has spent his entire career in Michelin-starred kitchens, training initially at Mallory Court, Lords of the Manor and L’Enclume . Moving onto the Curlew restaurant in East Sussex, where he gained a Michelin star in the 2014 Michelin Guide.

A brand new project came calling in 2014, which was Sudbury House in Faringdon Oxfordshire. This exciting project included the opening of Restaurant 56 in February 2014 followed by the full refurbishment of Magnolia Brasserie in 2015.
