Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"In a wonderful spot just off the sandstone trail. Plenty of nooks and crannies in this Gastro pub. An interesting and varied menu. My starter of beetroot and cocoa tartlet with an interesting salad worked well. A vegetarian dinner was delighted with celeriac lasagne. Very accommodating. "
