Summary
Part hotel, part members’ club, part co-working space – this three-year-old eatery in the high-ceilinged and modernified stable-blocks of the 140-room property (set in over 50 acres) is overseen from afar by star chef Robin Gill. It’s a brasserie selection of dishes, many from the wood-fired oven, and feedback, if still relatively limited, is uniformly upbeat. (Whether or not the fancier tasting menu for £58 is a good investment is more of a moot point).
