“Best restaurant I’ve been to for a long time. It blew our socks off!” – limited but highly enthusiastic feedback on this offbeat ‘restaurant led by nature’: part of a hard-to-define wellbeing hotel near London and set in airy converted stables. The food is led by the Dairy/Sorella’s Robin Gill and Ben Rand in a tasting format, and can be “outstanding”. (The Guardian’s Grace Dent also raved in her September 2020 review).
