This evening-only dining spot from Matt Gillan (formerly at Pass in Horsham) is located within the veteran Kemptown Red Roaster coffee shop and roastery; Gillan is currently aiming for £80k of crowdfunding to transform the coffee shop and add a restaurant and conservatory alongside.
