Harden's says
Brighton's first branch of Dishoom is also the first in the group to have its own name, a reference to the first legal drinking dens in 60s and 70s Bombay. All the Dishoom classics are on the menu, along with some new snacks, curries and cocktails, while the menu is veg-heavy with no red meat at all.
