The Samuel Fox Country Inn Restaurant Diner Reviews
"An amazing find, just off the Peak District tourist track and within easy reach of Sheffield. Small but perfectly formed menu with bargain seven course tasting menu option. Every dish packed with flavour. Smoked sea trout with coleslaw and curry followed by roast pheasant breast on a hotchpotch of autumn veg with pear barley, creamed carrot, pancetta and cider sauce and sticky toffee pudding with home made ice cream to finish were all delicious. Attentive and informal service and a nice, friendly atmosphere in this restaurant-cum-pub offering local real ales and an excellent wine list."
"QtExcellent food and service. Informal but attentive. Very good value for money. Will definitely be back for more!!!!"
