Ullapool, Fish & Seafood Restaurant Guide

Launched in 2016 by friends Kirsty and Fenella, keen to make use of the bountiful catch coming in from local boats and largely leaving Ullapool, this casual seasonal joint with a handful of outdoor tables offers “everything you want from a seafood shack” – namely, “the freshest, most delicious seafood” (served straight up, or in delectable wraps) plus “the most spectacular of views” of the hills and Loch Broom. The pair are now the proud authors of a cookbook offering simple fish-centric cookery, and the wider site has spawned a pop-up bar selling gins, to add to the joys.
