Galley Restaurant Diner Reviews
"The best meal we've had in Suffolk: the whole lobster in a rich, intense garlic butter was exquisite; the skate with capers and flaked almonds was beautifully, delicately cooked. It was truly a meal to remember. There is much to admire here. The setting and location are highly impressive: a charming, distinctive building in a beautiful square in the centre of Woodbridge. The wine list and cellar are truly for the connoisseur: these are the bottles of a proprietor who has an authentic knowledge and understanding of fine wines. The food is very good. Those who love puddings will be tempted and delighted by the wonderful dessert menu. Service is attentive, helpful and, from the proprietor himself, vibrant and memorable."
