He who lives by the sword dies by the sword, so it will be interesting to see the reception for this West Country newcomer from famously outspoken Telegraph critic William Sitwell, who has teamed up with local operators Jon and Millie Coward to open this 16-room hotel with an Italian-inspired restaurant and bar.
