Chef/owner James Sherwin offers a "terroir-led and microseasonal tasting menu, focussing solely on the surrounding countryside" - a shorter version is available on Thursday evening and Saturday. Drinks flights from wine, beer and sake to foraged cocktails accompany the tasting menus.
