“Hockneys in view” as you dine are the most famous attraction of this noisy but atmospheric venue: a large, post-industrial space in the UNESCO-listed Salts Mill complex, open from breakfast on for a coffee or fuller meal (Saltburger, Caesar salad, etc).
A very “competent” (if sometimes “extremely noisy”) gallery café in the “interesting” setting of the UNESCO-listed Salts Mill complex, and with arty David Hockney napkins to match.
For “good-quality food at a reasonable price in a great location” you can’t go wrong with this gallery cafe in the UNESCO-listed surrounds of Salts Mill; “as many reviewers have commented, the noise level is intrusive” but there’s consolation to be had in those adorable David Hockney-designed (!) napkins.
This gallery café in the UNESCO-listed Salts Mill “still delivers a great food experience”, including pizza (and not every restaurant has a logo designed by David Hockney); ignore the din and it’s a “great place for lunch”.
