Harden's survey result
Summary
Hawaiian street food marrying Latino and Asian cuisines is the promise at this small cellar and tiki bar, in a Covent Garden basement below three other restaurants. Open in 2021, it has yet to generate much in the way of survey feedback, but The Independent’s Kate Ng describes a “fun, flirty little spot” with “generous plates” that are “middling to pretty damn good”, plus “dangerously delicious” cocktails.
For 34 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
