"Word of mouth is that the twice baked cheese souffle is to die for and worth the wait, so we took a trip to Le Vacherin and tried their cheese souffle with their beetroot sorbet & 12 snails. The garlic and parsley butter was delicious; especially if you have extra bread to wipe the sauce. We had their baked vacherin to share as a main and the cheese absolutely melted in our mouths and not just the on the plate. In the end, with a full stomach, the creme brulee is the way to end. A smooth vanilla dessert with a homemade madeleine to finish. You can definitely expect us to visit again."
