Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"The concept here is excellent - Coravin used to enable self-service on any wine, most £45 to £100/bottle, but you can have 25ml or 125ml. Most of it is delicious. Food is paid in advance. Bread was stale. Food took over an hour to come and as we'd only arrived 1.5 hours before closing, we didn't have time to eat it. Last orders for food were about 1h before closing, last orders for drinks 30 mins before closing. They turned off the machines about 3 minutes early as we were paying for our drinks, so we had to share. A poor experience. A shame, because it was great when it first set up. Of the 3 staff, one was helpful and lovely - the other 2 really not."
