Mixologist Tony Conigliaro (who started out life at Zetter before moving on to 69 Colebrook Row and Untitled in Hackney) teams up with Scottish chef Rob Roy Cameron (who commenced his career as a pastry chef at the legendary El Bulli) to launch massive Mayfair haunt. Set over two floors, the restaurant will be open from breakfast to dinner and late-night bar snacks.
