Harden's survey result
Scottish chef Rob Roy Cameron (whose career includes a stint as pastry chef at the legendary El Bulli) runs the first-floor restaurant, while star-mixologist Tony Conigliaro (who started out life at Zetter before moving on to 69 Colebrooke Row and Untitled in Hackney) looks after the second-floor cocktail bar at this ambitious, two-floor Mayfair operation which set up shop in July 2018.
For 30 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
