Peruvian food pioneer Martin Morales (Ceviche, Andina) launches what he describes as London’s first Peruvian bakery in Notting Hill’s Westbourne Grove. The panaderia is situated next door to Andina Picanteria, a new venture inspired by roadside restaurants (picanterias) that form the culinary hub of the community across the eleven regions of the Peruvian Andes.
