Harden's survey result
Summary
“For a cuzza in Soho”, this “good Indian in the centre of all the action” is just the job thanks to its “flavoursome and so tasty” cooking and “top price/quality ratio”. Family run since 1988, its unfashionably traditional basement setting is also a great antidote when you’re sick of being dazzled by trendy new restaurant design-concepts.
For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

Gopal’s of Soho Restaurant Diner Reviews
"This is the best Curry restaurant in Soho, absolutely no doubt about it. The food is excellent, everything is really tasty and the price is super competitive for the area. The staff are lovely, not the most efficient but you don't expect that when not paying top dollar. It's great for pleasure but also works really well for a business lunch."
