Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"They were open and prepared to feed us at 9:50pm. Loved it. It was really nice to be there. The service was vague. But the food came and it was very nicely cooked. They've gone non-alcoholic just when I wanted a Cobra. But was so pleased they were open."
