‘Shocked’ (that’s what the PR says anyway) that Detroit-style deep-pan pizzas weren’t properly represented on the London pizza scene’, Matt Wells (co-founder of The Dairy and Dandy) and music promoter Fred Letts launched this pizza stop at Brixton’s Market House in summer 2020. Rectangular in format, the pizzas have a thick, focaccia base and there are plenty of vegan options on the menu.

For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
