Summary
Just west of Leicester Square, the Japan Centre launched this new outlet at the start of 2020. It’s a no-nonsense ramen café serving soupy snacks, and the decor offers a nostalgic trip back to ’70s Tokyo (Showaken denotes the Showa period, which spanned the reign of Emperor Hirohito from 1926 to 1989).
