First the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, now the 4th floor of Harrods (within the Fashion Lab) is hosting the second location for this celeb chef’s new brand – part of his aim to 'create a billion-dollar dining proposition'! On the menu: gourmet burgers and 'the ultimate hand cut crispy fries, secret sauces and thick, silky shakes'.
