Chef and Restaurateur Robin Gill (The Dairy, Sorella, Darby’s) will oversee this new dining room – one of four F&B outlets he will help manage (along with partner Alex Harper) within the Great Scotland Yard Hotel built on the site of the Met’s original HQ, just off Trafalgar Square; it’s due to open in late 2019. As well as two bars, there is also ‘The Parlour’, which will be big on afternoon tea.
