Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"Went for the full Christmas Day dinner at Cannizaro House. Beautiful location, but a bit rushed, and some of the food struggled a bit - probably rushed and issues coping with volume. We've had better from them, but would avoid the "event" dinners there in future."
