Harden's survey result
This 10-year-old Antipodean café (with an in-house roastery) in Putney serves “better coffee than many of the more self-conscious central London coffee shops”. It’s also a “great family breakfast/ brunch destination”, and is “popular with Sunday morning cyclists”.
“The coffee’s fantastic” at this Antipodean outfit, also with cakes and light bites, but even in sedate Putney “there can be long queues” (“I can no longer even get a table!”).
For 30 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
