Harden's says

Pita stall Shuk is launching a dinner concept at Borough, which will host collaborations with chefs from London’s top Israeli restaurants. It is inspired by Tel Aviv street food (Erev means “evening” in Hebrew) and guests will dine al fresco or in the Shuk kitchen.

‘Tel Aviv Market Food’ is the promise at Shuk (a stand in Borough Market) and this 2020 creation – an evening supperclub in a nearby covered marquee – builds on the formula with less fast-foody modern Israeli dishes of a quality that belies the picnic-in-a-tent vibe.

For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
