“Really good venison” is the star turn at this Fitzrovia two-year-old specialising in Scottish game (much of it from the family estate of owner Andy Waugh), delivering “very tasty, gamey flavours for not terribly high prices”. Having started out as a street stall, the venture now has a second branch at Devonshire Square, near Liverpool Street.
