Harden's survey result
For 25 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. This year diners have submitted over 60,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK.
Amongst the elite of the posh burger groups – this “cheerful” small group “never lets you down” with its “great variety” (“awesome by itself, or go mad with the toppings!”) and yummy sides (including “the best sweet potato fries ever”). “And a focus on quality enables them to serve the real thing” (it’s one of the few chains that will do burgers medium rare).
“What burgers at Byron hope to be when they grow up: juicy patties, awesome brioche, and fries to die for!” This excellent small group is also “not hostage to the political correctness of so many others who refuse to serve medium-rare meat”.
“Of the chain burger choices, this is consistently good” – this small group provides excellent “gourmet” options “with some unexpected combinations”, and its SW10 branch in particular has an enjoyably “buzzy” atmosphere.
“The place to go if you’re after a juicy patty!” – this “small and friendly” group “continues to set the standards for high-grade burgers”; survey ratings support those who say it “definitely outperforms the bigger operators”.
