Pierre Koffman protégé (and former Young Chef of the Year) Ben Murphy - just 25 - has been backed by Essex restaurateur Steve Andrews to open a new 100-cover restaurant in South Woodford. Set over two floors it will boast an oyster and seafood bar and a menu inspired by classic French techniques and British produce.
