London's love affair with plant-based food offerings continues as this vegan burger pop-up goes permanent in Shoreditch thanks to a successful £180k crowdfunding campaign. Alongside aubergine, mushroom and bean burgers there will be non dairy milkshakes and a selection of beers and wines.
