Neil Rankin, star purveyor of BBQ and all things meaty, is launching a vegan restaurant! On November 1, he opens this 45-seat, two-storey, no-bookings restaurant (with ground-floor cocktail bar) serving a handful of plant-based (but "satisfying") burgers he has spent months creating from secret ingredients including miso. Sustainability, zero waste, 'ugly' veg and no single-use plastics are also on the menu.
