For 34 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"Truly dreadful. The pickled beetroot was not pickled. The celeriac remoulade was not celeriac. The spinach was older than my dead nan and the steak was the toughest I’ve ever had. Despite receiveing the set menu pre-paid as a gift, with the extras it cost £120! We complained and got a glass of champagne each, but Marco Pierre White should be ashamed to associate his name with the food at this place. "
