Harden's says
Formerly at The Vine Tree pub in Llangattock, Matt Sampson is upping sticks in June 2026 to take over the former Michelin Green Star Chapters (RIP) in Hay on Wye. The chef – who includes Ynyshir, Casamia and L'Enclume on his CV – will offer a multi-course tasting menu.
