“A Glasgow tradition for over 25 years” acclaimed for its “fantastic” scoff (including the chicken tikka masala, which it claims to have invented); “Mr Ali may not be around nowadays, but the legend lives on and can’t be bettered”.
“Continues as ever to be a favourite of Glaswegians – many of whom have been eating here for decades”; this “well-loved” curry house (which lays claim to the creation of chicken tikka masala) attracts nothing but bouquets for its “wonderful food” (albeit served in “not necessarily wonderful surroundings”).
